Trip Review & Confirmation

After your booking request is submitted, it is reviewed by our dispatch team. Each request is carefully evaluated to ensure we can meet your specific needs. Please note: your trip is not confirmed until it has been reviewed by dispatch and payment has been received. Private pay trips must be paid at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day requests require immediate payment.

Communication Matters

Timely communication is essential. If you do not receive a confirmation call or message from our dispatch team within 15 minutes of submitting your request, please contact our office directly so we can promptly assist and confirm your transportation.
